Corn Pudding


INGREDIENTS:

- 600ml diluted coconut milk
- 60g green pea flour
- 180g granulated sugar
- 300g corn cream (canned)


METHOD:

   1. Combine and mix coconut milk, flour and sugar in a bowl. Then add corn cream into it.
   2. Cook the mixture on a small flame. Stir continuously with a wooden ladle until the mixture boils and becomes thick. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
   3. Put the mixture into small molds . Let it cool down before putting into the refrigerator.
   4. The corn pudding can be served when it's harden.
